Case Studies

Prodigy Sports prides itself on exceeding expectations and over-delivering with every search project we engage in. A sample of our recent case studies include:

TD GARDEN

The TD Garden and parent company, Delaware North, launched a multi-million dollar major development project along with the City of Boston and state of Massachusetts in 2016, dubbed "The Hub on Causeway." The 1.5 million square feet of mixed-use retail, office, hotel, residential and expansion of the TD Garden was to fall under the guidance of President Amy Latimer and her TD Garden executive staff. As a result, Prodigy Sports was asked to launch a national search for a Senior Vice President, Business Operations to manage the TD Garden as well as oversight of The Hub on Causeway project.

RESULT

“The TD Garden has engaged Prodigy Sports to fill several senior executive positions within our organization for a number of years. From the beginning, Prodigy has proven to be a true partner. They’ve taken the time to immerse themselves into our organization, embracing our culture and each of our job requirements so that they could turn around the most qualified candidates. With our SVP, Business Development search, Prodigy was timely, service-oriented and extremely thorough in their work. Their extensive network and industry relationships turned up excellent candidates to fit our needs and assist to make our project a success. As a result, we landed a superstar in Louise Murray."

SEATGEEK

Founded in 2009, SeatGeek experienced constant and steady growth until 2014 when their funding and expert backing took major steps forward. SeatGeek’s mobile ticketing app became the go-to for fans to buy and sell tickets for sports, concert, and theater events. As a result, SeatGeek was looking to make aggressive inroads with teams in professional sports and partnered with Prodigy Sports to search for an Executive Vice President of Client Partnerships to help build connections with sports teams.

RESULT

As SeatGeek was in a major growth mode two years ago, we were in need of an Executive Vice President of Client Partnerships to help us build our brand and services within the professional sports industry. We partnered with Prodigy Sports for this high profile position that was to be a part of our senior leadership team and we are so glad we did. Prodigy’s attention to detail was unparalleled; they fully grasped our start-up mentality and unique culture and provided constant communication throughout the process. Je Ianello’s hire was not only essential to the continual growth of SeatGeek, but he has proven to be one of our top hires in the company. We have since partnered with Prodigy on two other key hires and look forward to continuing our partnership with them.
