Premium and Suite Sales - Senior Director
  • Manages Sales Managers by directing work assignments; setting and reviewing performance objectives and revenue targets; reviewing and determining incentive compensation; coaching, motivating and mentoring; recruiting and training.
  • Develops and implements strategies to maximize revenue
  • Conducts senior level sales presentations as required, to support the premium seat sales initiative
  • Assists in developing premium sales strategies, including timing, pricing, renewals, packaging, delivery, and administration.
  • Works with Premium Services to cultivate a selling culture through renewals, referrals, and upgrades
  • Create, maintain and present accurate reports
  • Ability to use and implement ticketing systems, and other systems to support sales, tracking and analysis
