Senior Director, Facility & Business Operations
  • Serve as a project manager for event building including managing the design, procurement, installation, operation and setup/ teardown including tenting, flooring, décor, fencing and architectural service.
  • Manage the temporary setup project schedule including the establishment of key dates and ensuring all contractors and vendors adhere to the established schedule.
  • Liaison with local City, County, and State agencies for acquiring permits for special events.
  • Develop and maintain site plans related to special event planning (i.e. placement and routing of vendors, sponsors, F & B, displays and customer groups).
  • Create, maintain, procure, and oversee installation of the temporary signage plan for events.
  • Assist with the monitoring and development of departmental operating and capital budgets.
  • Prepare service agreements, contracts and request for proposals for the solicitation and procurement or goods and services.
  • Ensure that all organization activities and operations are carried out in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and laws governing business operations.
  • Manage event and facility related planning including, but not limited to: security, parking, shuttle management, stakeholder traffic routes & flow, temporary corporate hospitality, signage, and special events.
