Ticket and Group Sales - Director
  • Possess superior people management skills to direct and supervise day-to-day activities of Ticket Sales staff in order to achieve prescribed service, revenue and ticket sales goals
  • Oversee the administration and execution of all new sales & renewal initiatives, sales tracking/reporting and post-sale communications
  • Assist Vice President in developing strategic sales/marketing plans as well as supporting tactical & operational plans for the franchise which maximize new and renewal sales
  • Work with applicable internal stakeholders to produce regular, accurate and timely reports tracking the ongoing results of season ticket & partial plan sales, group sales, single game ticket sales, renewal initiatives, staff performance, incentive compensation and commission pay-outs
  • Work effectively within budget constraints adhering to team's purchase order system and seeking to find ways to establish efficiencies and reduce costs through innovative thinking
  • Develop & maintain strong, cooperative inter/intra-departmental relationships
  • Participate in various sales promotions, events, and existing/potential client entertainment activities, as required
  • Assist with game day operations as required
  • Have complete understanding of various professional sports ticket products and entertainment packages along with their accompanying features & benefits
  • A thorough understanding of account-based ticketing systems
