Ticket and Group Sales - Senior Director
  • Develop, maintain and expand a database of prospective customers and manipulate it effectively in accordance with all ticket sales and marketing efforts
  • Track sales trends; forecast change based on trends
  • Manage group reservation system including, but not limited to, group bookings, , financial reporting, and sales tracking
  • Hires, trains, develops and supervises Ticket/ Group Sales and Membership staff
  • Track responses and feedback from group surveys sent after events; work with guest services team to make changes based on group feedback received
  • Establish and maintain solid business relationships with contacts at various organizations to promote events. - Prepare and manages the annual Ticket and Group Sales budget
