Dina Ali

Recruiter

Ali joins Prodigy Search’s talented recruitment team, with her primary responsibilities including leading the full life cycle of the executive search process for various projects on behalf of Prodigy’s global sports and entertainment client base. In addition, she will also be exploring new partners to enhance our recruiting portfolio.

Prior to joining the Prodigy Search team, Ali began her professional career in sales after graduating from William Paterson University of New Jersey obtaining a BA in Psychology and a minor in Professional Sales.

Over the next 10 plus years, Ali worked in direct sales, most notably for Hellofresh. Post-COVID, Ali realized where her true passion lies, which is in recruiting. She joined a global recruitment agency in New York City where she got her start as a recruiter and then moved into Talent Acquisition roles on internal Human Resources teams over the next few years. Ali has successfully filled roles such as Chief Accounting Officer, General Counsel, Sr. Sales Director, and FP&A Director, to name a few.

Ali now resides in northern New Jersey with her boyfriend, Matt, and their puppy, Enzo. Aside from her recruiting career, she has discovered herself as a professional Makeup and Spray-Tan artist. In her free time, she seeks out local Italian cuisine & then works off all that pasta and/or chicken parm at the gym. In the summertime, Dina also loves spending her weekends by the pool or down the shore. She also enjoys spending all the extra time she can with Matt and of course playing with Enzo.
